Incident in Supaul
In the Bagheli Panchayat of Supaul’s Jadia Thana area, a husband brutally murdered his wife by stabbing her. The incident took place in Bagheli Marhampur Ward No. 07. The victim’s son, Sanjeev Kumar, revealed that his father was the one who committed the heinous crime. Since the incident, the father has been on the run. The police have taken possession of the body and a file photo of the deceased.
Family Dispute
Sanjeev further explained that when he was 8 years old, his father left his mother and children behind and disappeared. Now that all three siblings have started earning money, the father began demanding a share of the earnings. When the mother refused to give him any money, he came to the house on Monday night and stabbed her. By the time they could rush her to the hospital, she had already passed away.
Police Action
The head of Jadia Thana, Rajiv Kumar, stated that currently, the body has been taken for post-mortem. The accused husband is currently on the run. An investigation will be conducted, and appropriate action will be taken in this case. The police are actively searching for the perpetrator to bring him to justice.
