**Missing Female Constable with Weapon**
In the fifth phase of the Lok Sabha elections, Constable Subhanti Kumari from Samastipur, who had gone on duty to Sitamarhi, has gone missing with her weapon. This has caused a stir in the Samastipur Police Department. Constable Subhanti Kumari, who was deployed in Ghataho Thana in Dial 112, was sent to Sitamarhi with her belongings and weapon for duty on May 16th for the fifth phase of voting, where she was supposed to report. However, she has not contributed there yet without any information. She is missing with the government weapon. In this case, the SP of Sitamarhi has informed the SP of Samastipur, Vinay Tiwari, by writing a letter.
**Recommendation for Disciplinary Action against Female Constable**
The SP of Sitamarhi has recommended disciplinary action against the female constable to the SP of Samastipur. The SP mentioned that Constable Subhanti Kumari, number 443, was appointed for representation in the Sitamarhi district for the Lok Sabha elections 2024’s designated fifth phase of elections. However, the said female constable has not contributed to the Sitamarhi District Police Force without any information and is absent from election duty. Attempts were made to contact the constable on her mobile, but it is switched off. Therefore, the absence of the female constable from important duties like elections without any information is indicative of her negligence, irresponsibility, disobedience, and dereliction of duty. The SP of Sitamarhi has recommended disciplinary action against the female constable to the SP of Samastipur.
**Direct Contact Established with Missing Female Constable**
The DSP of the Samastipur Police Center, Sunil Kumar Singh, mentioned that direct contact has been established with the missing female constable. She has been ordered to immediately reach the Samastipur Police Center. The election on the Sitamarhi Lok Sabha seat was held on May 20th.
