Training Program at Mithila University
The Higher Education Department has directed universities and colleges to create a portal for direct salary payments to teachers and staff in separate bank accounts. The management of this portal will be overseen by the Director of Higher Education Department, Dr. Rekha Kumari, who will submit the necessary forms to the Lalit Narayan Mithila University on May 20.
Participation in Training Program
All heads of postgraduate departments and affiliated colleges have been instructed to fill out the required format and send it directly to the department. Additionally, they have been directed to participate in the departmental training program on the specified date.
Information Required in the Format
Teachers and staff members will need to provide information such as their name, mobile number, total number of permanent teachers and staff, university, postgraduate department, college, category of employee, date of birth, PAN number, Aadhar number, pay ID, and bank account number in the specified format.
Additional Details
The format must also indicate whether the employee has a PRC, along with other necessary details. This new system aims to streamline the salary payment process for all employees at Mithila University and affiliated colleges.
मिथिला विश्वविद्यालय के उच्च शिक्षा विभाग ने एक पोर्टल का निर्माण किया है जिसके माध्यम से विश्वविद्यालय और कालेजों के शिक्षक एवं कर्मचारियों को अलग-अलग सीधे बैंक खाते में वेतन भुगतान को लेकर निर्देशित किया गया है। इसके लिए विभागीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में भाग लेने को भी निर्देशित किया गया है। इसके लिए निर्धारित फार्मेट में शिक्षक-कर्मचारियों को दी जाने वाली सूचनाएं भरकर उन्हें जमा करना होगा। इसके साथ ही फार्मेट में नाम, मोबाइल नंबर, श्रेणी, जन्म तिथि, पैन नंबर, आधार नंबर, पे-आइडी, बैंक खाता नंबर और पीवीसी की जानकारी भी दर्ज करनी होगी।
