Artificial Cave Being Constructed in Gaya

An artificial cave is being constructed in Gaya, Bihar, similar to the Mata Vaishno Devi shrine in Jammu and Kashmir. The cave, being built on the Nagkut Parvat mountain near Sita Kund, will be approximately 120 feet long and 6 feet wide. Construction is progressing rapidly, with about 25% of the work already completed. It is expected to be fully ready for pilgrims by 2026, allowing devotees to visit the shrine.

Religious Tourism Development in Gaya

Aside from the various forms of Mata Vaishno Devi, visitors can also explore the Charan Paduka Mandir, Vanganga, and Ardh Kumari Gufa in the area. Efforts are being made to develop this location into a religious tourism destination, with temples dedicated to Hanuman Ji and Mata also present on the mountain. In the coming days, pilgrims will be able to visit Mata Vaishno Devi after the completion of the cave construction.

Collaboration Opportunities for Cave Construction

The cave is being constructed using artificial materials like stone and cement to resemble the Mata Vaishno Devi shrine. Devotees are already gathering in large numbers to witness the construction progress. The project is being carried out by the World Shakti Mata Vaishno Devi organization, and interested individuals can contribute to the construction of the cave to help complete the project within two years.
