**Normal Weather in Bihar**
Today, the weather in all districts of Bihar will remain normal. There will be intense sunlight during the day, which may once again bother people with the heat. However, the weather department has not issued any alerts regarding the onset of heatwave yet. According to meteorologist An.Nalanda, there are chances of rain accompanied by strong winds in all districts of North Bihar on 26th May. This includes districts like Kishanganj, Purnia, Supaul, Araria, Katihar, and Madhepura. Some districts in South Bihar may also experience cloudy skies and light drizzles. Scientists believe that this is a weak cyclone and the likelihood of significant damage is low. There are no indications of a significant increase in maximum temperature.
**Impact of Monsoon in Bihar**
The impact of this storm on the monsoon in Bihar will only be known after the storm hits on 26th May. The monsoon is expected to enter through Purnia between 13th and 18th June. There are possibilities of above-normal rainfall this time. The monsoon arrived in Andaman and Nicobar Islands a day earlier than usual on 19th May and is progressing ahead at its regular pace. If the storm does not affect it, the monsoon is expected to reach Kerala by 31st May and may knock on Bihar’s door on time.
**Rising Temperature in Madhepura**
After several days, the temperature has crossed 40 degrees in several districts of Uttar Pradesh. For the past three days, there has been rainfall in many districts, which kept the maximum temperature below 40 degrees. However, on Friday, the maximum temperature in 9 districts of Bihar once again crossed 40 degrees. Buxar remained the hottest district with 42.1 degrees Celsius. Additionally, Bhojpur recorded 41.3 degrees, Aurangabad 40.9 degrees, Sasaram 41.1 degrees, Rohtas 40.4 degrees, Gopalganj 41.2 degrees, Begusarai 38 degrees, Jamui 38.6 degrees, Patna 39.5 degrees, Madhubani 38 degrees, and Darbhanga 37.6 degrees.
