Land Dispute Leads to Brutal Assault in Bhojpur
In the Gundi village of the Krishna Garh area of Bhojpur district, a man brutally assaulted his younger brother over a land dispute on Friday. The younger brother sustained serious injuries and was rushed to the Ara Sadar Hospital for treatment. He is currently undergoing treatment in the hospital.
Family Dispute Over Property Division
The victim’s wife, Kiran Devi, revealed that there has been an ongoing dispute between her husband and his elder brother regarding the division of property. The elder brother has been demanding a share of the property from her husband forcefully, leading to multiple arguments between them. The dispute escalated into a physical altercation, resulting in the brutal assault on the victim.
Allegations of Assault
Following the incident, the victim, Chandeshwar Yadav, filed a complaint against his brother-in-law, Vinod Yadav, accusing him of the violent assault. The local police are currently investigating the matter to determine the facts and take appropriate action in the case.
Legal Action and Medical Treatment
The victim’s family is seeking justice for the brutal assault, and the police are actively involved in the investigation. Meanwhile, Chandeshwar Yadav continues to receive medical treatment at the Ara Sadar Hospital for his injuries sustained during the altercation.
