By raising a specific breed of goats and following modern techniques, they have been able to witness the birth of healthy goats frequently. With proper care and feeding, their goats have gained significant weight, fetching them a high selling price in the market. This has enabled them to earn substantial profits, making their livelihood secure and sustainable.

बिहार के बेगूसराय में लोग बकरी पालन के जरिए कारोबार कर रहे हैं और इससे अच्छी कमाई कर रहे हैं। एक ग्रामीण महिला पुनीता ने 50 हजार के कर्ज़ से 10 बकरियों से फार्म शुरू किया और अब उनकी महीने की कमाई लगभग 50 हजार तक हो रही है। इससे उन्हें स्वरोजगार का स्रोत मिल रहा है और उनका जीवन भी सुधार रहा है। इस प्रकार बकरी पालन ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में एक अच्छा विकल्प साबित हो रहा है।
