Shocking Case in Bhagalpur
A shocking case has come to light in Bhagalpur where a woman needed a maid in Delhi, so she arranged for her husband to marry another woman. She sent her husband from Delhi to Bhagalpur and then got him married to another girl. When the second wife went to Delhi, she was shocked to see the woman at home. When she asked, the husband said she was his first wife. The second wife was surprised and protested, but the husband and first wife started harassing her. They told her that they got married because they couldn’t find a maid in Delhi and asked her to work properly or leave.
Threats of Violence
In another incident in Jagdishpur, an 18-year-old newly married woman went to the police station with her father and filed a written complaint seeking justice. She said she had been deceived. The victim explained that she got married to Heeralal Das from Khadagpur in Munger on May 2. Heeralal took her to Delhi where she found out about the injustice done to her. Heeralal’s other wife Sangeeta had conspired with him to get the marriage done so that the victim could work as a maid in Delhi. Sangeeta threatened to harm her and said her parents wouldn’t be able to do anything if she protested.
Deception in Marriage
The victim’s father demanded that the police take this case seriously and arrest the culprits. He stated that these people deceived his daughter into marriage. The police have been urged to take strict action against the culprits. The police are currently investigating the case and further action is being taken.
