Arrest of a Female Teacher from School by Police
In Amarpur, the police have arrested an active female teacher from the Narayanpur High School in the Sajour police station area of Bhagalpur district. The arrested teacher is Rupam Kumari, wife of Ashutosh Jha, a resident of Surihari village in the Amarapur police station area.
Allegations of Fraudulent Transfer of Funds
It is alleged that Satyam Bharti, the eldest daughter-in-law of the deceased Vaidanand Jha, transferred a fake amount of 1 crore 30 lakh rupees from her father-in-law’s account by falsely implicating her brother-in-law Ashutosh Jha and sister-in-law Rupam Kumari. A case was filed in the Banka Court in this regard.
Immediate Action by the Police
Upon the issuance of warrants for the arrest of the accused, the police swiftly took action and arrested the female teacher from Narayanpur High School. The police are also in the process of arresting the husband of the absconding teacher.
Legal Custody of the Arrested Teacher
