Lalit Narayan Mithila University Deeksha Ceremony Postponed

The 11th Deeksha Ceremony at Lalit Narayan Mithila University has been postponed due to intense heat. The ceremony was initially planned for June but will now likely be held in December or October. Many students across different sessions are eagerly waiting for their degrees, causing unrest among them.

Students Await Degrees

Thousands of students from sessions 2018-20, 2019-21, 2020-22, and 2021-23 are eagerly awaiting their degrees. The last Deeksha Ceremony was held on November 12, 2019, for students from the 2017-19 session. Since then, students from various other courses are waiting to receive their degrees.

Decision Yet to Be Made

Exam Controller Vinod Kumar Ojha mentioned that a decision regarding the ceremony has not been made yet. A proposal has been sent to the Raj Bhavan, and a meeting will be held soon to decide on the organization of the ceremony. The ceremony may possibly take place in September or October at Mithila University.

Pandemic Impact on Graduation

The ongoing pandemic has delayed the graduation process for students at Lalit Narayan Mithila University. With no concrete decision in place, students continue to wait anxiously for their degrees, hoping for a resolution soon.
