Truck Accident in Punjab
In a collision between two trucks, the driver from Punjab lost his life while the other driver is in serious condition. The accident occurred due to the wrong side approach of a truck. The truck driver suddenly took a turn, causing the accident. The truck’s mudguards were damaged in the sequence of events.
Police Investigation
After the incident, the co-driver informed the police about the accident, and the body was sent to the JMSCH in Purnia for postmortem. The deceased has been identified as Jagga Singh (25) from Sangrur, Punjab. However, the identity of the injured truck driver could not be established, and he is currently receiving treatment at a private hospital.
Eyewitness Account
An eyewitness, co-driver Bhupendra Singh, mentioned that they were transporting goods from Bathinda, Punjab, to Guwahati with driver Jagga Singh when a truck coming from the wrong side suddenly took a turn, resulting in a collision between the two trucks. The truck driver lost his life in the accident, and help was sought from the people at the scene.
Family Notified
The family of the deceased has been informed about the incident, and they have departed from Punjab to Purnia. The police have taken custody of the body for postmortem at JMSCH in Purnia. The investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the accident and the identity of the injured truck driver.
एक दुर्घटनाग्रस्त घटना में दो ट्रकों की टक्कर में पंजाब के ड्राइवर की मौत हो गई और दूसरे की हालत गंभीर है। हादसा गलत साइड से आ रहे ट्रक के कारण हुआ, जब चालक ने अचानक से टर्न ले लिया। घटना के बाद पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और शव को पोस्टमॉर्टम के लिए जीएमसीएच पूर्णिया भेज दिया। मृतक की पहचान हुई है, लेकिन दूसरे चालक की पहचान अभी तक नहीं हुई है। उसे निजी अस्पताल में एडमिट कराया गया है और उसका इलाज चल रहा है। पुलिस ने शव को अपने कब्जे में ले लिया है और परिजनों को घटना की सूचना दी गई है।
