Shyamal Sinha Under-16 Inter-District Cricket Tournament
The third match of the Central Zone in the Shyamal Sinha Under-16 Inter-District Cricket Tournament organized by the Bihar Cricket Association (BCA) was played today between Begusarai and Samastipur at the Barauni Fertilizer Township ground in Begusarai. Samastipur won the toss and elected to bat first. They scored 277 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the allotted 40 overs, setting a target of 278 runs for Begusarai. Kumar Sandhyal scored 60 runs and Sharshwat Vats scored 59 runs for Samastipur.

Begusarai, while bowling, saw Priyanshu taking 2 wickets and Avinash Kumar taking 2 wickets. Chasing the target in the second innings, Begusarai’s team was all out for 173 runs in 32 overs. Pushpam scored 77 runs and Lekhaullah scored 21 runs for Begusarai. Priyanshu Yadav took 3 wickets and Adarsh Raj took 2 wickets for Samastipur. Samastipur was declared the winner by 104 runs.
Man of the Match
Priyanshu Yadav of the Samastipur team was awarded the Man of the Match for his outstanding performance. The match was officiated by Amit Ranjan and Tayyab Hussain as umpires, and Ram Kumar and Vishwajit as scorers. Members of the organizing committee including Prateek Bhanu, Vishwajit Kumar, Nirala Kumar, Mo. Imran Alam, Mo. Jamshed, and Ram Kumar were present at the event. Tomorrow’s match will be played between Muzaffarpur and Samastipur.
बिहार क्रिकेट संघ (BCA) ने बेगूसराय के बरौनी फर्टिलाइजर टाउनशिप मैदान में आयोजित श्यामल सिन्हा अंडर-16 अंतर जिला क्रिकेट टूर्नामेंट का तीसरा मैच आज खेला गया, जिसमें समस्तीपुर ने बेगूसराय को 104 रनों से हराया। समस्तीपुर ने 277 रन बनाए और बेगूसराय को 173 रन पर ऑल आउट कर दिया। प्रियांशु यादव को मैन ऑफ द मैच का पुरस्कार मिला। आगामी मैच मुजफ्फरपुर और समस्तीपुर के बीच होगा।
