Tree Plantation Drive on World Environment Day in Gaya
On the occasion of World Environment Day, Our Tree Our Environment organization planted saplings in the Brahmajyoni hill and its foothills amidst drum beats in Gaya. The organization consists of retired male and female officers from various departments along with the younger generation. Members of the organization gathered near the Brahmajyoni hill to plant saplings and actively participated in the program.
Active Participation of Women in Tree Plantation
During the tree plantation program, women took an active part by planting dozens of saplings with their own hands. Men also did not lag behind and actively contributed to planting saplings under the hill. It is essential to take care of the saplings until they grow into trees to ensure their proper growth and development.
Importance of Nature Conservation
A member of the organization, Pratibha, emphasized the importance of nature conservation in the wake of increasing disturbances to nature worldwide. She highlighted the need for every citizen of the country to come forward for the conservation of nature. It is not only important to come forward but also to serve by taking care of the saplings until they grow into trees.
गया में पर्यावरण दिवस के मौके पर हमारा पेड़ हमारा पर्यावरण संस्था ने ब्रह्मयोनि पहाड़ी और उसकी तलहटी में ढोल-नगाड़े के बीच पौधे लगाए। संस्था से विभिन्न विभागों से रिटायर्ड महिला-पुरुष अफसर हैं जिन्होंने पौधे लगाने में भाग लिया। संस्था की सदस्य प्रतिभा ने प्रकृति के साथ छेड़छाड़ के नतीजे के बारे में बताया और सभी नागरिकों से पेड़ लगाने की सेवा करने की अपील की।
