Chinese National Arrested in India for Illegal Entry

The Muzaffarpur police have arrested a Chinese national who illegally entered India. After intense questioning at the police station, the Chinese national was sent to jail on Thursday afternoon. He was apprehended from the Lakshmi Chowk area in the Brahmapura police station jurisdiction.

Details of Illegal Entry Revealed

During interrogation at the police station, the Chinese national revealed that he entered India from the Birgunj border on the Kathmandu-Virganj road. He then made his way to Muzaffarpur. The Chinese individual identified as Ji Liangying, a resident of SudoKu in China, disclosed his journey through Nepal to reach India.

Legal Action Being Taken

The Brahmapura police station in-charge, Subhash Mukhiya, stated that preparations are being made to present the Chinese national in the CJM court on Thursday for judicial custody. The Chinese national is accused of illegally entering India without a passport and visa, under the Passport Entry into India Act 2920.

Charges Filed Against Chinese National

The Chinese national has been charged with unauthorized entry into India under the Passport Entry into India Act 2920. The police are taking legal action against him for violating the laws regarding entry into the country without proper documentation.
