Tree Falls on House
It is being reported that Mo Sagir’s two-year-old grandson Rizwan’s birthday was being celebrated with great enthusiasm. After having dinner and celebrating, everyone went to sleep. Suddenly, a strong storm accompanied by rain started. During this time, a large mango tree near the house fell, causing the death of 32-year-old Mamina Khatoon, while others were injured.
Injured Admitted to Hospital
All the injured were rushed to Sugauli CHC in critical condition, where after treatment, they were referred to Motihari Sadar Hospital. The injured include Raja Alam, father of 17-year-old Mo Khalil, Mo Rafiq, father of 38-year-old Jainul Miya, Imtiyaz Alam, father of 45-year-old Sagir, Faizan Alam, 4-year-old son of Rafiq Miya, Roushan Khatoon, father of Rafiq Miya, and Munni Khatoon, wife of 32-year-old Sagir.
Tree Removed by JCB Late at Night
As soon as the information about the incident reached Sugauli police, the tree that fell on the house was immediately removed with the help of JCB late at night. All the injured have been sent to the hospital for treatment. During this time, the SHO Munna Kumar informed that a woman died due to the tree falling. Her body is being taken into custody and sent for postmortem.
