XLRI New Academic Session
The new academic session has begun at XLRI, with a significant change in the trend of admissions this year. In the past, the dominance of engineers was seen in the management courses at XLRI. However, this time the myth of engineers ruling the roost in business management and human resource management has been shattered. For the 2024-2026 session, 55% of students from engineering background and 45% from non-engineering background have been selected in business management and human resource management.
Inauguration of New Session
The inauguration of the new academic session at XLRI saw the participation of 551 students in various courses including business management, human resource management, and FPMM, along with their parents. The Director of XLRI, Father S.J. George, addressed the students and urged them to embark on a transformative journey. He emphasized the importance of truth and knowledge, urging them to let the light of truth shine within them and strive for excellence.
XLRI ★A Place of Empowerment
XLRI is a place of passion, and by choosing to be a part of this journey, the students have made the right choice. XLRI has always emphasized gender equality, with many of the first women to study management in India coming from XLRI. As a Jesuit institution with strong values, XLRI not only respects women but also makes them feel safe and empowered.
