Murder of a Youth by Crushing Head with Bricks
In Nalanda, the discovery of a youth’s body in a half-constructed garbage collection center has caused a sensation in the area. The case falls under the jurisdiction of Rahui police station, in the Chandaura and Pitoungiya areas where the center is located. Currently, the identity of the youth has not been established.
Police Investigation and Initial Findings
The head of Rahui police station, Kunal Kumar, revealed that on Thursday morning, people grazing cattle nearby informed that a body covered in blood was lying in the half-constructed garbage collection center. Upon receiving this information, the police immediately reached the scene. It was observed that the head had been crushed with bricks, and there were other signs of injury on the body. Blood-stained bricks were found nearby. The age of the youth is estimated to be between 20 to 25 years.
Identification Process and Suspicions
The identification of the deceased youth has not yet been possible. Police are using nearby police stations and social media to try and identify the youth. It is suspected that the murder took place in the evening.
Post-Mortem and Ongoing Police Investigation
The body has been sent to Bihar Sharif Sadar Hospital for post-mortem after being taken into custody. The police are actively investigating the entire case. Once the identification is made, more detailed information about the incident can be provided.
