About Army College of Dental Sciences (ACDS)
Established in 2001 with an annual intake of 40 students for the UG course, the Army College of Dental Sciences (ACDS) received approval in 2008 to start an MDS course in 3 clinical specialties. Affiliated with the Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal, ACDS is recognized by the Dental Council of India and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, to conduct graduate and postgraduate courses.
Admission Process at ACDS
Admission to the Army College of Dental Sciences is based on NEET UG scores. The Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree course at ACDS provides training and experience in the diagnosis and treatment of dental diseases. With an intake of 40 students annually, ACDS offers admission in BDS based on eligibility in the NEET UG exam. Students undergo training in various dental procedures during their course, culminating in a four-year academic education and a one-year mandatory internship program.
