Police Arrest Accused of Rape in Navada
In Navada, the police have arrested a man accused of rape. The police apprehended him within 24 hours. The incident took place in a village under the jurisdiction of Hisua police station. Relatives informed the station house officer Anil Prasad Singh about the incident.
Arrest Made Under POCSO Act
Based on the application of the female police station in-charge Anshu Prabha, a case was registered under section 20/24 of the POCSO Act and the accused was arrested for the alleged crime. The arrested youth has been identified as Chandrika Manjhi, a resident of the village where the incident occurred.
Swift Action by Police
The incident involved a toll collector committing a heinous act with a minor. As soon as the news of the incident surfaced, the Hisua police went to the scene of the crime, confirmed the incident, and arrested the toll collector. Following a written application from the victim’s family members, an FIR was filed and the female police station was directed to take further action.

नवादा में पुलिस ने रेप के आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया है। घटना हिसुआ थाना क्षेत्र के एक गांव में हुई थी और परिजनों ने इसकी जानकारी थानाध्यक्ष को दी थी। आरोपी को गिरफ्तार करने के लिए महिला थाना प्रभारी ने कांड संख्या 20/24 दर्ज करते हुए पॉक्सो एक्ट के तहत कार्रवाई की। आरोपी की पहचान गांव के निवासी चंद्रिका मांझी के रूप में की गई थी और उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया था। थाना प्रभारी ने महिला थाना को सुपुर्द कर दिया था और उसने दुष्कर्म करने वाले आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था।
