Brothers Beat Brother to Death in Samastipur

Two cousins in Samastipur, Bihar, beat their brother to death when they arrived at the hospital to claim his body for postmortem. The incident took place in Badhauna village in the Vidhyapati Nagar police station area. The victim, identified as Deenesh Sada, was addicted to drugs and had come home intoxicated on Sunday night, leading to an argument with his wife.

Family Dispute Leads to Tragic Outcome

The brothers, Rajesh and Manoj Sada, arrived at the scene and beat Deenesh so severely that he succumbed to his injuries. The police were informed and sent the body for postmortem to the Sadar Hospital. Prior to this incident, there had been a dispute between Deenesh and his brother and sister-in-law on June 14, which resulted in physical violence.

Arrests Pending for Accused Cousins

The family matter was resolved at the time due to the intervention of relatives. However, on the night of June 16, Deenesh returned home in an intoxicated state once again and began arguing with his wife. The cousins, Rajesh and Manoj, are now on the run, but the police have assured that they will be apprehended soon.

Police Investigation Continues in Samastipur

Following the news of Deenesh’s death, the villagers informed the police, who promptly took action. The body was sent for postmortem at the Sadar Hospital in Samastipur, where the procedure was carried out that same night. The brothers have been accused of the murder, and efforts are being made to bring them to justice.
