Police Arrested Accused with Desi Katta in Banka
In Banka, the police have arrested an accused with a desi katta. The arrested criminal has been identified as Mithilesh Kumar from Bajnathpur village. According to the police, the arrested accused was heading towards Banka-Samukhiya Mod with a weapon to carry out a criminal incident. The police apprehended the criminal and are taking further legal action in the case under the Arms Act. The accused arrested with a weapon was sent to jail on Monday. It is said that the arrested accused was in the intention of committing an incident with a weapon.
Arrest and Interrogation
The police team apprehended the accused based on location. Near Samukhiya Mod in the Banka police station area, the police arrested a criminal with a desi katta. The arrested criminal has been identified as Mithilesh Kumar from Vaijnathpur village. The station in-charge Rakesh Kumar informed that they received confidential information that a criminal was going to commit a crime with a weapon at Banka-Samukhiya Mod. Subsequently, SI Vikas Kumar, Rohit Kumar, Rishu Kumari, and Omprakash conducted a search operation. During this, a youth riding an e-rickshaw was searched, and a desi katta was seized from him. He was then arrested.
Questioning and Legal Action
The criminal was interrogated rigorously. Station in-charge Rakesh Kumar mentioned that a case was filed under the Arms Act and the accused was sent to jail. The police are investigating the matter further to uncover any potential criminal activities planned by the arrested individual.
