Local People Present at the Incident Site
In Begusarai, Bihar, three young men drowned in the Ganga river while taking a bath during a funeral. Two of them were rescued by the local divers, while one lost his life. The incident took place at Ayodhya Ganga Ghat in the Teghra police station area. The deceased was identified as Abhishek Kumar, son of Dinesh Kumar from Pal village in Samastipur district.
The Tragic Incident
Abhishek had come to attend the funeral of a villager and later went to the Ayodhya Ganga Ghat with his three friends for a bath after the cremation. During the bath, all three friends started drowning in the river. The locals managed to save two of them but could not rescue Abhishek. The locals informed the Teghra police station about the incident, and an investigation was initiated.
Family and Villagers in Shock
The family members revealed that a villager had died earlier, and Abhishek had come to attend his funeral. After the cremation, Abhishek and his friends went for a bath at the Ganga Ghat. Unfortunately, Abhishek drowned due to the deep water and lost his life. The incident left the family and villagers in shock, and the police are investigating the matter further to understand the circumstances leading to the tragedy.
बिहार के बेगूसराय में तीन युवक दाह संस्कार में शामिल होने के लिए गंगा नदी में स्नान कर रहे थे, जिनमें से दो को नदी से बाहर निकाल कर बचा लिया गया, लेकिन एक युवक की डूबकर मौत हो गई। उसकी पहचान समस्तीपुर जिले के दलसिंहसराय प्रखंड के निवासी अभिषेक कुमार के बेटे अभिषेक कुमार के रूप में की गई है। घटना के बाद स्थानीय लोगों ने गोताखोरों की मदद से दो युवकों को बचाया और पुलिस को सूचना दी। पुलिस ने मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है।
