Water level suddenly increased in Rohatas and Amjhor Waterfalls
After the rain on Wednesday, the water level suddenly increased in the waterfalls of Rohatas’ Kamur hill area. Similarly, in the Amjhor’s Kasis Waterfall, the water level also increased suddenly after the rain. This resulted in more than 30 tourists getting stuck in the waterfall. They managed to hold each other’s hands and safely come out of the waterfall. The video of the incident is from Amjhor’s Kasis Waterfall in Sasaram. Tourists had come here to have a picnic and enjoy the natural beauty. They were having a great time until the water level suddenly rose in the waterfall.
SDM issued a warning after the incident
After seeing the increased water level in the waterfall, Dehri’s SDM Surya Pratap Singh issued a warning on Wednesday. The warning stated that due to heavy rainfall, the water level of all canals and rivers has increased. Therefore, people should not swim, bathe, or engage in any other activities in the rivers and canals. There is a possibility of loss of life and property. Special attention should be paid to children.
Restrictions imposed on filming at Tutla Bhawani
On Wednesday evening, District Magistrate Navin Kumar conducted a surprise inspection at Tutla Bhawani Dham. He directed the officials present there to strengthen the security arrangements for the tourists and devotees. He emphasized on providing water and other facilities to the tourists and devotees. He also mentioned that strict action should be taken against those involved in anti-social activities like filming or performing stunts at the Dham. Additional officials from the forest department were also present during the inspection.
रोहतास के कैमूर पहाड़ी क्षेत्र में बुधवार को हुई बारिश के बाद वॉटर फॉल्स में जलस्तर अचानक बढ़ गया और अमझोर स्थित कशिश वॉटर फॉल में भी बारिश के बाद अचानक जलस्तर बढ़ गया। इससे जलप्रपात में करीब 30 से ज्यादा सैलानी फंस गए। लेकिन उन्होंने हिम्मत दिखाकर एक-दूसरे का हाथ पकड़कर वॉटर फॉल से बाहर निकल आए। इसके बाद जिलाधिकारी ने धाम की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ बनाने का निर्देश दिया और रील बनाने वालों या स्टंट करने वालों पर कड़ी निगाह रखने की भी चेतावनी दी। वन विभाग के अधिकारी भी मौजूद रहे।
