Verification of Qualified Teachers for Special Teacher Status Begins
The verification of certificates of more than nine thousand appointed teachers in the district who have passed the competency test to grant them the status of a special teacher will begin today at the DRC in Kadiriabad. SMS verification for qualified teachers has also been initiated. The DEO, Samar Bahadur Singh, mentioned that verification will be done based on the slots and dates mentioned in the SMS received by the teachers. Instructions have been given to principals and CEOs to allocate a maximum of three days leave to qualified teachers so that children’s education is not disrupted.
Documents Required for Verification
Candidates who have applied for the competency test need to bring their original certificates for verification. Along with the original caste certificate, disability certificate, and Aadhar card, candidates need to provide the original documents of their appointment letter, matriculation, intermediate, graduation, post-graduation, D.El.Ed, B.Ed certificates, as well as skill test and TET certificates. Candidates must also bring photocopies of all the documents for verification.
Change in Counseling Venue
The counseling venue for qualified teachers who have passed the competency test has been changed. The verification of certificates will now take place at the M.L. Academy in Laheriasarai instead of the DRC in Kadiriabad. Ten counters have been set up for counseling, with two workers assigned to match two additional documents for verification. The verification team will consist of a three-member team of officials, including DPO Navin Kumar Thakur, Sandeep Ranjan, and Program Officer Kritika Verma.
Instructions for Verification Process
The Aadhar operator has been instructed to be present at the counseling venue with the complete setup by 9 am. The account assistant and data entry operator are also required to be present with their laptops and dongles. Separate counters will be set up for biometric verification of teachers and library heads. Jagjeet Mandal Rohit, Kshayap Sanjay Chaudhary, Chanda Kumari, Gyanesh Kumar, Chhotu Kumar Sah, and Paras Kumar have been appointed for this task. Teachers and library heads coming for counseling are required to register their presence at a separate counter.
आज से कादिराबाद स्थित डीआरसीसी में सक्षमता परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण जिले के नौ हजार से अधिक नियोजित शिक्षकों के प्रमाणपत्र का सत्यापन होगा। इसके लिए एसएमएस भी भेजने की शुरुआत हो गई है। सत्यापन के लिए अधिकारियों का तीन सदस्यीय दल काराएगा। अब प्रमाण पत्रों का सत्यापन लहेरियासराय के एमएल एकेडमी में होगा। अभ्यर्थियों को सभी प्रमाणपत्र ले जाने की सलाह दी गई है।
