Introduction

The Chief Minister’s Block Transport Scheme for the financial year 2024-25 has been initiated to connect the rural areas of Siwan with the district headquarters. The application process for the second phase has started for the financial year 2024-25. Online applications will be accepted from today until August 25th.

Details of the Scheme

The scheme is being implemented by the government, as confirmed by Ravi Ranjan, the responsible District Transport Officer of Siwan. The application process has already begun under this scheme. The priority list will be prepared by August 27th, and the final approval of the list will be done by the District Officer’s selection committee by September 5th. Applications for selected beneficiaries will be accepted from September 11th.

Grant Disbursement

Selected beneficiaries will receive an estimated amount of 5 lakh rupees directly into their bank accounts within 7 days of application receipt. The government is providing grants of up to five lakh rupees for the purchase of buses or mini-buses. Residents of all 18 blocks, excluding Siwan Sadar block, in Siwan district can benefit from this scheme.

Application Requirements

To avail the benefits of this scheme, applicants will need to provide necessary documents such as a driving license, proof of residence, caste certificate, and other essential documents. Beneficiaries from scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, backward classes, minorities, and general category can take advantage of this scheme.

सीवान में ग्रामीण क्षेत्र को जिला मुख्यालय से जोड़ने को लेकर साल 2024-25 के लिए मुख्यमंत्री प्रखंड परिवहन योजना की शुरुआत हो गई है। वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 में दूसरे चरण का आवेदन शुरू हो गया है और आवेदन की प्रक्रिया 25 अगस्त तक ऑनलाइन होगी। इस योजना के तहत सरकार पांच लाख रुपया तक अनुदान दे रही है और सीवान जिला के 18 प्रखंड के लाभुक इसका फायदा प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए आवेदन के पास ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, निवास प्रमाण पत्र, जाति प्रमाण पत्र सहित अन्य जरूरी डॉक्यूमेंट की आवश्यकता है।
