Violent Clash in Bihar’s Bithan Thana Area
In a shocking incident in the Kuan Ward-1 Mohalla of Bithan Thana area, a dispute over land led to a neighbor attacking three people, including a father and son, with rods on Friday night. The injured were rushed to Bithan PHC by the police team from 112 helpline, where their condition is said to be serious. Radha Krishna, one of the victims, has been referred to PMCH for better treatment, while the rest of the family members are still undergoing treatment at the local hospital.
Neighbors Involved in Long-standing Land Dispute
Ram Krishna, the victim, revealed that there had been an ongoing dispute over land with neighbors Suraj Yadav, Chandra Yadav, Kundan Yadav, and Damodar Yadav for a long time. On the night of the incident, everyone was trying to build a boundary wall when they were attacked with sticks and rods. When his son Vipin Yadav and nephew Ghutad Yadav arrived at the scene, they were also assaulted. The police were informed about the incident, and they arrived at the spot two hours later.
Concerns Over Medical Treatment
Vipin Yadav expressed dissatisfaction with the medical treatment received at the Sadar Hospital, claiming that proper care was not being provided. Allegedly, the hospital staff mentioned that the situation would be assessed in the morning. His father’s condition is said to be critical, but the on-duty staff assured that all emergency services were being provided as per protocol. The police are currently investigating the matter and plan to arrest the culprits soon.
