A tragic accident occurred in Chhapra on Saturday morning when a truck hit a person, resulting in his death on the spot. The incident took place in Masrakh Mahmadpur NH 227 A Ram Janaki Path in the Chainpur village of Masrakh Thana area. The deceased was identified as Shivdhar Sah (60), a resident of Chainpur village.
Chaos on the Main Road
After the accident, there was chaos on the main road with angry villagers disrupting traffic flow. Upon receiving information about the incident, the police arrived at the scene and calmed down the relatives and agitated people, sending the body to the hospital for post-mortem.

The son of the elderly man stated that they were crossing the road in front of their house when the truck coming from the Masrakh side veered off to the left and hit them.
