Accident on Patna-Bakhtiyarpur Four Lane
On Sunday, a severe collision occurred between a police patrolling vehicle and a Scorpio on the Patna-Bakhtiyarpur Four Lane. Four police personnel were injured in this accident and were admitted to the Bakhtiyarpur Community Health Center for treatment. They were later referred to PMCH for better treatment. The Scorpio passengers, who were Kanwariyas returning from Devghar after worship, fled the scene.
Intense Collision Between Two Vehicles
It is reported that the Scorpio was carrying Kanwariyas who were returning from Devghar after worship. The Scorpio was speeding from the east, while the police patrolling party from Bakhtiyarpur Thana was heading west. As they approached Dhuba Pul Four Lane, a severe collision occurred between the two vehicles, causing both vehicles to overturn on the road. The impact was so strong that the front part of both vehicles was completely damaged.
Police Personnel Injured in the Accident
The police personnel, including an officer from the patrolling party, were riding in the police jeep at the time of the accident. All of them were injured in the collision. The injured police personnel include ASI Shankar Paswan (45 years), Constable Gopal Prasad (59 years), Sanjay Kumar (45 years), and Mahendra Paswan (52 years). The villagers immediately informed the Bakhtiyarpur Thana about the accident.
Treatment and Referral for Better Care
Upon receiving the information, the police from Bakhtiyarpur Thana reached the scene and admitted all the injured police personnel to the Bakhtiyarpur Community Health Center for treatment. After initial treatment, the injured personnel were referred to Patna for better medical care.
