Temples in Jamui
In Jamui, there are several temples dedicated to Lord Bholenath where devotees worship in different ways. The three major Shiva temples in Jamui ★Patneshwar, Giddheshwar, and Dhaneshwar, are crowded with Shiva devotees on the third Monday of the month.
Giddheshwar Nath Temple
More than five thousand devotees performed puja and archana at the Giddheshwar Nath Temple in the morning. This historical Shiva temple, associated with the Ramayana era, attracts people not only from Bihar but also from Jharkhand and other states to worship Lord Bholenath.
Patneshwar Nath Temple
Similarly, at the Patneshwar Nath Temple, more than five thousand Shiva devotees performed puja and archana by 7 am. It is estimated that around 15,000 Shiva devotees will arrive by noon for the jalabhishek. The temple committee and the police have made tight security arrangements due to the increasing crowd.
Shri Shri 108 Baba Dhaneshwar Nath Dham Shiv Temple
Located about 15 kilometers from the district headquarters in Sikandra block, the Shri Shri 108 Baba Dhaneshwar Nath Dham Shiv Temple becomes a center of faith during the month of Shravan. This ancient Shiva temple, over 700 years old, has a connection with Devghar. Thousands of devotees visit the temple on every Monday of Shravan.
जमुई में भगवान भोलेनाथ के कई मंदिर हैं, जैसे पतनेश्वर, गिद्धेश्वर और धनेश्वर, जहां भक्त उनकी आराधना करते हैं। गिद्धेश्वर नाथ मंदिर में सुबह सात बजे तक पांच हजार से अधिक श्रद्धालुओं ने पूजा अर्चना की। इसके साथ ही, पतनेश्वर नाथ मंदिर और धनेश्वर नाथ धाम शिव मंदिर भी भक्तों की भीड़ से भरे हैं। इन मंदिरों में हर साल लाखों शिव भक्त आकर भगवान भोलेनाथ की पूजा अर्चना करते हैं।
