PDCA Committee Meeting
The newly elected Committee of Management of Patna District Cricket Association (PDCA) held a meeting on Monday under the chairmanship of PDCA Vice President Rahbar Aabdin. Several important decisions were taken, including the elimination of manual form filling for clubs to participate in league matches in the upcoming season. The Patna Cricket League will now be organized in four formats.
Digital Transformation
PDCA will now go digital by launching its own website, scheduled to be launched in September. The Patna District Cricket Association will organize the cricket league in four formats, with three formats for men and one format for women. The men’s formats include Super Division Cricket League, A Division Cricket League, and Junior Division Cricket League, while a separate cricket league will be organized for women.
Upcoming Season Plans
After the Durga Puja festival, the domestic season will kick off for PDCA. Vice President Rahbar Aabdin mentioned that notifications will be issued in September for the upcoming season. Plans are being considered to introduce new initiatives in the domestic season to enhance the player’s experience and performance.
Player Preparation
Vice President Rahbar Aabdin urged the officials and players of affiliated clubs to start preparing for the upcoming season with Patna District Cricket Association. The focus will be on improving the Women’s Cricket League in the next season. The number of clubs participating in the Women’s Cricket League will increase, leading to higher competition among players from various schools, clubs, and institutions. Special training camps will be organized for players to excel in domestic cricket and perform at the top level.
पटना जिला क्रिकेट संघ (PDCA) के नवनिर्वाचित कमेटी ऑफ मैनेजमेंट की सोमवार को बैठक हुई, जिसकी अध्यक्षता PDCA के उपाध्यक्ष रहबर आबदीन ने की। इस बैठक में कई महत्वपूर्ण फैसले लिए गए गए, जैसे कि अब क्लबों को लीग खेलने के लिए मैनुअल फॉर्म भरने की जरुरत नहीं पड़ेगी और अब PDCA डिजिटल होगा। अगले सीजन में पटना क्रिकेट लीग का आयोजन चार फॉर्मेट में होगा और महिलाओं के लिए एक क्रिकेट लीग का आयोजन होगा। दुर्गापूजा के बाद घरेलू सत्र की शुरुआत के बारे में भी चर्चा हुई और उपाध्यक्ष ने कहा कि वीमेंस क्रिकेट लीग को और बेहतर करने पर संघ का पूरा जोर रहेगा। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने खिलाड़ियों के विशेष ट्रेनिंग कैंप पर जोर देने की भी बात की।
