This article discusses the current weather conditions in Bihar, including temperatures and fog forecasts.

Cold weather is starting to take hold in Bihar, especially in the mornings and evenings. During the day, the sunshine keeps the weather feeling normal. Recently, after some rainfall, the temperatures have been on the rise. In Patna, the maximum temperature recorded was 30.1 degrees Celsius, while the minimum was 20.6 degrees Celsius. Madhubani saw the highest temperature at 33 degrees, and Aurangabad had the lowest at 16.9 degrees.

Moving forward, there won’t be much change in the weather for the next couple of days. The Meteorological Department predicts light to moderate fog in North Bihar, which could make visibility a bit poor, especially in the mornings. On Tuesday, areas like Purnia, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, and Darbhanga experienced fog, with Purnia reporting visibility as low as 400 meters.

While daytime temperatures are pleasant due to sunshine, nights are getting chilly. People are starting to wear light warm clothes as the night temperature continues to fall. For the next three to four days, there’s expected to be little change in maximum temperatures, while minimum temperatures will also stay stable for four to five days.

The Meteorological Department has indicated that no rain is expected in Bihar, and the weather will remain dry until at least November 15. Winds from the west are anticipated to blow at a moderate speed of up to 30 km/hr. A gradual drop in temperatures by about 2 to 3 degrees Celsius is possible in the coming days, but severe cold isn’t expected just yet.

However, the cold will likely increase from the second week of November. As the weather starts changing, it is important for everyone to stay updated on the forecasts and dress appropriately for the dropping temperatures.

Summary:

  • Cold weather is increasing in Bihar, especially in mornings and evenings.

  • Fog is expected in North Bihar, affecting visibility in the mornings.

  • Daytime temperatures remain pleasant while nights are getting colder.

  • No rain is expected until November 15, with moderate winds.

  • Severe cold will likely increase from the second week of November.
