This article shares exciting news about Vaibhav Suryavanshi, a 14-year-old cricketer from Bihar, who made a remarkable record in a cricket match.

Friday was a big day for Bihar! While Nitish Kumar’s NDA made history in the assembly elections, a young cricketer named Vaibhav Suryavanshi created a record on the field. At just 14 years old, he achieved something remarkable during a match in the ACC Mens Asia Cup Rising Stars 2025.

In the first match against UAE in Doha, Vaibhav’s batting was nothing short of explosive. He scored a century in just 32 balls, hitting nine sixes and ten fours. His amazing performance left the bowlers in shock, as the fielders were just busy retrieving the ball from beyond the boundary.

Vaibhav didn’t stop there. He ended up scoring a total of 144 runs off 42 balls, which included 11 fours and 15 sixes. His captain, Jitesh Sharma, also played well, scoring 83 runs not out. With their efforts, India A managed to score 297 runs, while UAE could only muster 149 runs, leading to a victory by 148 runs for India.

Vaibhav started the innings with Priyansh Arya, who scored 10 runs before getting out. But that didn’t slow Vaibhav down. He was on fire, hitting boundaries with ease and reached his century with a four on the third ball of the 10th over.

During his innings, it looked like nothing could stop Vaibhav, and many thought he might even hit a double century. Sadly, his innings ended when he tried to hit another big shot and was caught out. At that point, he had scored 144 runs, contributing significantly to India’s total score.
