The Chief Minister pointed out the improvement in education and healthcare in Bihar. He shared that the state now has 12 medical colleges, with 27 more under construction, which he believes will greatly enhance the health system in Bihar.

He also discussed infrastructure improvements, noting that travel time from remote areas to Patna has decreased significantly. He claimed that people can now reach the capital in just five hours from distant locations, compared to six hours in the past.

Nitish Kumar outlined plans for further development, including the construction of five new expressways. He also shared that madrasa teachers are now receiving equal salaries, aiming to promote inclusivity. His speech suggests a focus on development, harmony, and stability in the political landscape.
