What is Operation Muskan?
Operation Muskan is a dedicated campaign run by the Bihar Police to help common citizens recover their lost electronics. When a phone is snatched or lost, the owner files a Sanha or general diary entry at their local station. The police technical cell then tracks the IMEI number of the device. Once located and recovered, the police verify the ownership documents and return the phone to the user, aiming to restore their happiness and save them the cost of buying a new device.
