The Bihar State Road Transport Corporation (BSRTC) decided to provide relief to passengers struggling with confirmed train tickets for the upcoming Holi festival. The state government announced the operation of more than 120 subsidised AC buses connecting Bihar with Delhi, Haryana, and other neighboring states. These special buses will operate from February 15 to March 15, 2026, to manage the heavy festive rush and assist people returning home.

What are the Ticket Prices for Delhi and Other Routes?

Passengers traveling from Delhi to Patna will now pay Rs 1,254 for an AC seater bus instead of the earlier Rs 1,873. For the AC sleeper class on the same route, the fare is set at Rs 1,893, down from Rs 2,812. The BSRTC is offering a direct subsidy of around Rs 600 to Rs 1,000 on these tickets depending on the route length.
