From IPS Officer to IAS Rank

Apurva originally belongs to Narkatiaganj in West Champaran district. Her family has a strong educational background. Her father, Ajit Kumar Verma, is an engineer at the Bokaro Steel Plant, and her mother, Abha Verma, manages the home.

She completed her early schooling at DPS Bokaro and later graduated with an engineering degree from NIT Manipur. Her grandfather, the late Ripusudan Prasad Verma, was a principal and a respected educationist in the region.
