प्रवासी कामगारों के लिए एक और नया बदलाव पेश किया गया हैं, सभी प्रवासी कामगार जो कुवैत आ रहे हैं और पहली बार आ रहे हैं उन्हें अब 2 पुलिस सर्टिफ़िकेट लेकर आने की ज़रूरत हैं. जिसमें वो किसी क़ानूनी लफड़े से मुक्त होने चाहिए.
इनमे से पहला हैं पुलिस सर्टिफ़िकेट जिस देश से आ रहे हैं उस देश में मौजूद कुवैत दूतावास के द्वारा मुहर लगा हो, और वह कुवैत आने के दिन तक 3 महीने से पुराना नही होना चाहिए. और दूसरा कुवैत आने के बाद कुवैत के फ़ोरेंसिक विभाग से लेना होगा.
केवल साफ़ सुथरे छवि के कामगारों को ही वर्क वीज़ा के आधार पर residence दिया जाएगा.
The Ministry of the Interior stipulated for all expats coming to Kuwait to work for first time for the purpose of residency, two police clearance papers are needed to show that they are free of any crime, one of them from the their country stamped by Kuwait Embassy which should not be more then 3 months old before entering Kuwait reports AlQabas
The other Police clearance must be issued by forensics department in Kuwait which should not be less then 3 months old.
Only legal and un-convicted expats will be allowed to proceed further with residence stamping of work visa.
