New Sedan Launches in India
Despite the rising trend of SUVs in the Indian auto market, several car manufacturers are set to launch their new sedan models in 2024. This includes everything from Maruti to Hyundai.
1. New Generation Maruti Suzuki Dzire
Maruti Suzuki, a car manufacturing company, is set to launch the new generation model of their Dzire car. The new generation Dzire sedan will feature a 1.2L Z-series mild-hybrid petrol engine. Significant changes in the car’s design and features are also expected.
2. New Honda Amaze
In 2024, the Honda car manufacturing company is set to introduce a new model of their Amaze sedan. This new model is being launched to compete with the Suzuki Dzire. No changes in the car’s engine have been announced.
3. Hyundai Verna N-Line
Hyundai’s popular sedan, the Verna, will launch its N-Line model in 2024. The car could potentially feature new additions and a 1.5L turbo petrol engine. Some cosmetic improvements in the car are also expected.
4. Hyundai Ioniq 6
Hyundai Motors has launched its Ioniq 6 electric car in the global market in July 2022. Capable of a 614 km range on a single charge, the Ioniq 6 is expected to be launched in India soon. The car will be developed on the GMP skateboard architecture.
