Anticipation Grows for Tata Motors’ Upcoming Car Launches
Tata Motors, a renowned car manufacturing company, is preparing to launch several new cars in response to the soaring demand in the auto market. The company is expected to introduce a range of new SUVs and other vehicles that could be ideal choices for consumers. Tata Motors is likely to roll out these new cars in 2024 and 2025.
Tata Punch EV
Tata Motors’ Punch EV is rumored to be launched in February 2024. The Punch EV is expected to utilize Ziptron technology and promises a range of 500 km on a single charge. The vehicle may also feature connected LED DRLs and a new form bumper on the front.
Curvv EV and Curvv ICE
Another anticipated launch from Tata Motors is the Curvv EV, which could be introduced in April 2024. The Curvv EV is projected to come in both EV and later petrol and CNG segments. Prospective buyers may have a choice between two battery packs: 30 kWh and 40.5 kWh. The car is said to be capable of covering 500 km range. Tata Motors might also strengthen its EV segment by launching the Curvv SUV car in petrol variant, possibly with a 1.5-liter turbo petrol TGDi engine, in July 2024.
Tata Harrier EV, Safari EV, Altroz EV, and Sierra EV
In addition to the Punch and Curvv, Tata Motors may also launch the Harrier EV, Safari EV, Altroz EV, and Sierra EV. The Harrier EV, unveiled at the 2023 Auto Expo, could hit the market in June 2024 with a potential dual electric motor and a range of 400-500 km on a single charge. The Safari EV could be launched in June 2024 as well, following a recent facelift of the Safari SUV model. The Altroz EV is anticipated to be introduced in 2025, possibly with the same battery pack as the Tiago EV. The iconic Sierra car may also make a comeback in an electric version, followed by a petrol variant.
