Tata Motors is offering a substantial discount on its Tiago EV to promote the use of electric vehicles in India. As part of its Holi offer, the company is providing a saving of around 72000 INR, including a bonus of 65,000 INR, to its customers. This move by the philanthropic industrialist Ratan Tata’s company is said to be especially beneficial to the lower middle-class customers.
Special Features of Tata Tiago EV
The Tiago EV by Tata Motors comes with two battery pack options of 19.2 kilowatt-hour and 24 kilowatt-hour. The electric motor of the car can generate power and torque of 61PS and 104NM respectively with the 19.2 kilowatt-hour battery, and 75PS power and 114NM torque with the 24 kilowatt-hour battery. The car can cover a range of 250 kilometers with the 19.2 kilowatt-hour battery pack, and up to 315 kilometers with the 24 kilowatt-hour battery pack, which is highly appreciated by customers.

In celebration of Holi 2024, Ratan Tata, the chairman emeritus of Tata Sons and one of the most philanthropic industrialists in India, has given a bonus gift on the Tata Tiago EV to the poor (lower middle class) of the country. The ex-showroom price of this electric car in India ranges from 7.99 lakh INR to 11.89 lakh INR.
