Nexon EV Facelift to Feature LED Headlights:
Tata Motors has shared a short video teaser as the first glimpse of the Nexon EV facelift, showcasing the changes in the electric SUV. The video shows the unit in an exterior color option, which will be a new option for the electric SUV. The video also gives a glimpse of the updated lighting, similar to the Nexon facelift SUV. It features a new set of LED DRLs. The Nexon EV facelift comes with LED headlights.
Updated LED Taillight Unit:
The rear LED taillight unit has also been updated, similar to the changes seen in the Nexon facelift variant unveiled on September 1, 2023. It comes with an LED bar. Apart from exterior changes, the Nexon EV facelift also gets an updated design and a new set of alloy wheels with chrome-finish roof rails.
10.25-Inch Freestanding Touchscreen:
It is expected that the Nexon EV facelift will also come with the same changes introduced in the 2023 Nexon facelift SUV. This may include a new 10.25-inch freestanding touchscreen unit that was previously only offered with the Nexon EV Max Dark Edition. A new two-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel with touch-based mounted controls and a backlit panel is also expected in the electric SUV.
What will be the Range?
There is no possibility of changes in the size of the battery or electric motor powering the current Nexon EV model by Tata Motors. The car manufacturer is likely to offer two options for the battery pack. The 30.2kWh unit provides a range of 312 km on a single charge, while the larger 40.5kWh unit offers a range of up to 453 kilometers without the need for plug-in recharge.
