The automobile sector in India is growing rapidly, with increasing demand for electric vehicles. Companies in the auto sector are attracting attention through new innovations and technologies. Bajaj Auto, known for manufacturing two-wheelers in India, is all set to launch the world’s first CNG bike next month. Additionally, the company has launched India’s cheapest car, the Bajaj Qute (RE60), which is priced at the cost of a bike.
In India, everyone desires to have their own family car, but the starting price for cars ranges from INR 4-5 lakh, which is unaffordable for many. Bajaj Auto has launched the Bajaj Qute (RE60), which offers a mileage of 35 kmpl and is the cheapest car in the country. The car is equipped with a 216.6cc four-stroke, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that generates 13.1PS power and 18.9Nm torque. The car comes with a 5-speed manual transmission and is available in petrol and CNG options.
While buying a car, customers not only consider the price but also the mileage. Due to the high prices of petrol and diesel, it becomes expensive to run a car. However, the Bajaj Qute (RE60) offers excellent mileage, making it a cost-effective option. The company claims that the car offers a mileage of 35 kmpl on petrol and 43 km/kg on CNG. The car is not only affordable but also efficient in terms of mileage.
The Bajaj Qute (RE60) is priced at INR 2.63 lakh and has a fuel tank capacity of 20.6 liters. It is a 4-seater car that can comfortably accommodate four people. The car is available in petrol and CNG variants and comes in three colors. It can be used for both commercial and personal purposes. The launch of this car is expected to make it easier for people to fulfill their dream of owning a car.
