दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल और एलजी वीके सक्सेना ने आज दिल्लीवासियों को 400 नई इलेक्ट्रिक बसों का तोहफा दिया है। ये सभी नई इलेक्ट्रिक बसें आधुनिक सुविधाओं से लैस हैं। इन बसों में लो-फ्लोर हैं और हाइड्रोलिक लिफ्टों से सुसज्जित हैं। व्हीलचेयर पर बैठे लोगों को भी बस में चढ़ने में कोई दिक्कत नहीं होगी। इसके साथ ही इन बसों में जीपीएस ट्रैकर, पैनिक बटन और सीसीटीवी कैमरे आदि की सुविधाएं भी उपलब्ध हैं। ये बसें जीरो पॉल्यूशन करती हैं और एक बार चार्ज करने पर 225 किलोमीटर तक चलाई जा सकती हैं। इन बसों में दिव्यांगों के लिए व्हील चेयर की व्यवस्था की गई है और सुरक्षा के लिए पैनिक बटन और सीसीटीवी कैमरे भी हैं। इन बसों में नियंत्रण कक्ष से दोतरफा संचार सुविधा है और जीपीएस से लाइव ट्रैकिंग की जा सकती है। इन बसों में डिस्क ब्रेक और फायर डिटेक्शन सिस्टम भी हैं।
