Royal Enfield has been dominating the 650cc segment in India with its Interceptor 650. The bike has sold a total of 2100 units in the last month, making it the best-selling 650cc bike in India. Its impressive engine and stunning looks have attracted many customers to the bike.
The bike is equipped with a powerful 648cc air/oil-cooled parallel-twin engine that delivers 47PS of power and 52Nm of peak torque output. It comes with a slip-and-assist clutch and 6-speed gearbox. The bike has a fuel tank capacity of 13.7 liters.
The Interceptor 650 comes with attractive features such as LED headlight setup and a twin-pod analog instrument cluster with a digital inset that displays the odometer, dual trip meter, and fuel level reading. The bike also has dual-channel ABS, a USB charging port, and switch cubes for safety. It comes with tubeless tires and alloy wheels in black ray and Barcelona blue variants.
The bike comes in 7 color options with prices ranging from INR 3 lakhs to INR 3.35 lakhs (ex-showroom). It competes with other 650cc bikes such as the Moto Morini SEIEMMEZO 650 ½ and Kawasaki Z650RS.
