The TVS X electric scooter features a 10.2-inch touchscreen display, the largest on any production scooter in India. The display offers various features including internet browsing, video streaming (YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels), trip and ride details, music functionality, and safety-related features.

Powertrain and Performance

The TVS X electric scooter is equipped with a 4.4 kWh battery and a PMSM motor with 7 kW rated power and 11 kW peak power. It can accelerate from 0 to 40 km/h in 2.6 seconds and has a top speed of 105 km/h. The scooter offers a riding range of 140 km on a single charge.

Range and Charging

The TVS X claims a range of 140 km on a single charge and comes with riding modes including Stealth Mode, Strive Mode, and Sonic Mode. The battery can be charged from 0-50% in less than an hour with the SmartX Home Charging 3KW charger, and from 0 to 80% in 3 hours and 40 minutes with a 950W regular charger.

Price

The TVS X electric scooter is priced at Rs 2.50 lakh (ex-showroom) and is not eligible for the FAME-II subsidy from the central government. The first 2,000 owners of the ‘First Edition’ will receive benefits of up to Rs 18,000.
