Vivo has launched several smartphones under the Y series in Indian markets. According to a report by Appuals, Vivo is all set to launch the Vivo Y28 5G smartphone in India. The upcoming smartphone will be the successor of the Vivo Y27 5G smartphone, which was launched in July. The new phone will be an affordable 5G smartphone targeting offline customers. Probable Price of Vivo Y28 5G in India
Appuals has revealed that Vivo will launch the smartphone at INR 13,999 for the base variant with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. The high variants with 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage will be priced at INR 15,499 and INR 16,999 respectively. Vivo will also offer a 2.7% discount on the smartphone through bank discounts.
Leaked Marketing Renders
Leaked marketing renders reveal that the company will offer an instant discount of INR 1,500 to customers. Vivo will also offer EMI options for interested customers, starting from INR 31 per day. The renders suggest that the device will be launched in Crystal Purple and Glitter Aqua color options.

The Vivo Y27 5G will feature a 6.64-inch IPS LCD display with Full HD+ resolution (2388×1080) and a waterdrop notch. It will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 SoC octa-core chipset, paired with 6GB RAM, 128GB internal storage, and microSD card support. The device will sport a 50MP primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture, a 2MP macro lens with an f/2.4 aperture, and an 8MP front camera with an f/2.0 aperture. The smartphone will pack a 5000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support and will be available in Mystic Black and Satin Purple colors.
