13-year-old girl raped in Patna for 3 months
A 13-year-old girl was raped in a locked room for 3 months in Patna. The girl’s father mentioned that she used to talk to a boy named Rohan. Despite being forbidden, she left home and met him after 3 months. Rohan did not come to pick her up, so she was attempting suicide. Another boy showed sympathy, befriended her, and then trapped her in a horrific situation.
Affair with a minor, followed by betrayal and abuse
The girl ran away from home on April 29th to meet Rohan. However, Rohan did not show up, leaving her waiting for hours. Meanwhile, another man named Rahul took advantage of her vulnerability and trapped her in a room for 3 months, subjecting her to rape and abuse.
Forced marriage and continuous abuse
Rahul initially befriended the girl and then raped her on the first day. He then took her to another girl’s house in Rajapul and continued to abuse her. He even forced the girl to marry him and locked her in a room for daily rape. The girl’s sister eventually informed the family about the horrific situation.
Rescue and legal action
After being trapped and abused for months, the girl was finally rescued with the help of the police. Rahul, the main accused, was arrested, and a case was registered under POCSO. The girl’s statement will be recorded in court, and further medical examinations will be conducted to ensure justice in the case.
