Body Found Behind School in Gopalganj
In the Kataya police station area of Gopalganj, the body of a 35-year-old man has been recovered behind a school in the Sahjanwa Kalan village. The identity of the deceased has been sent to the Sadar hospital for postmortem. The deceased, Umesh Kumar, a resident of Sahjanwa Kalan village in the Kataya police station area, was reported missing by his family. He had left home on Wednesday morning and did not return by evening, causing concern among his relatives.
Discovery of the Body
After searching for him, some people found his body behind a school about 3 kilometers away from his home in the evening. The family members informed the police about the discovery. The victim’s brother revealed that the culprits had strangled his brother to death, beaten him, and even broken his limbs. They also attempted to burn his skin by pouring chemicals on him.
