In a tragic incident in Begusarai, a 6-year-old girl named Srishti Kumari, daughter of Gulabi Mahato, was burnt alive in her home. She was sleeping with her 2 sisters and 2 brothers when a fire broke out in the house. While others managed to escape, Srishti couldn’t wake up in time, leading to her unfortunate demise.
Fatal Outcome
The incident took place on Tuesday night at 10 pm in the Maniyappa village under the jurisdiction of the Matihani police station. The entire house was reduced to ashes as there was no electricity connection in the house. Srishti, along with her siblings, was inside the house when the fire broke out, resulting in a tragic loss.

Gulabi Mahato’s five children were at home during the fire incident. Among them, Shobha Kumari was the first to wake up and managed to get everyone out of the house. The mother of the children, Kavita Devi, was not present at home during the incident. The cause of the fire is still unknown, as there was no electricity connection in the house.

As soon as the villagers learned about the fire, a crowd gathered at the scene. The incident resulted in the loss of two goats, valuable property, and the tragic death of the young girl.
