After the suspicious deaths of five people in various villages of Bankatpur block in Gopalganj, the ruling party and the opposition have come face to face. Former MLA of Bankatpur and spokesperson of JDU, Manjeet Singh, has accused the BJP of falsifying the medical treatment receipts of the deceased. He claimed that the BJP had manipulated the documents to show that the victims received treatment at a private hospital, when in fact they were treated at a government hospital.

Singh further alleged that the BJP was trying to cover up the negligence of the government hospital by falsely claiming that the victims were treated at a private hospital. He demanded a thorough investigation into the matter and strict action against those responsible for the falsification of documents.

On the other hand, the BJP has denied the allegations and accused Singh of playing politics over the deaths. They claimed that the victims were indeed treated at a private hospital and accused Singh of trying to divert attention from the real issue of the government’s failure to provide adequate healthcare facilities in the area.

The suspicious deaths in Bankatpur have raised concerns among the local residents, who are demanding justice for the victims and a fair investigation into the matter. The clash between the ruling party and the opposition over the issue has further intensified the tension in the area.
